nba king of the court, can anyone else try this?

i got this APK, its beta, but when i try it the splash screen shows, but it force closes.

the game is called NBA King of the courts, its a really cool game thats virtual, but uses your location to battle other ppl in the area with shots and stuff...

i cant for the life of me get it to work, anyone got a idea of what the issue is?
im stock rooted running 1.4.0 cfs netarchy kernel

can anyone get this to play on our devices?
