What people are looking for is called warez, and even if someone did find it, it would quickly be removed.
Not that I am judging anyone for looking for it, but you are just looking in the wrong place. You can probably find it, but you won't find it in XDA, not for free.

Yeah because XDA won't help you cheat the NBA or any other software company out of their fees. But they're happy to show you ways to get free tethering to cheat your mobile provider out of the fee they charge for that
