Trying to debrand using NCS yet it says software unupgradable and the start button is greyed out. Iv downloaded the generic firmware and
renamed the files. Its detected ok the old software as Software Version 1750.0823.8852.12430 and the new as 1750.0805.8773.12220. On the right under basic info the software status is red and says unupgradable. What am I doing wrong many thanks.
