Thanks Bro @travis82 I'll flash it today ? yup i want indian CSC because off some languages specially US language Applications US qwerty keyboard etc but i live in pakistan so here is still not yet launched C9 pro in Pak so firmware is looks like same of these countries like indian Pakistani US UK but China And Hong Kong is completely different i think 4G and Volte will still not work after flash indian rom like it is not works in HK devices in pakistan but Thanks again ?

you guys just flash the rom thats it. Use twrp obviously. Dont forget to backup EFS in twrp also. Frack you guys make things more difficult than they should be.

@travis82 i just flashed it Wifi not working Google Apps not completed some Apps missing Chrome Sampay SamAccount etc And Volte option not showing at the top of Quick setting Panel
And Also Fast Charging not working, its charging very slow Big Problems Wifi and Fast Charging also Volte option one thing is just good FingerPrint is working please solve it

Volte no idea its in csc and I did not touch it thats stock. Some gapps missing cuz you can get them from the play store. Screenshot is only on hk/china firmware not on indian firmware. Wifi how is that not working when its stock kernel? Fast charge could be broken with stock kernel I can't help ya there. That is strait stock no mods cept a few google apps and bloat killed. I will put a 100% stock rom out later but you might face the same issues.

See if that brings wifi up.
Also as an experiment the HK Marshmallow firmware is November kernel you can go on the thread and flash that stock kernel too and see if that helps and updates at the same time. Post back results.

I am waiting for feedback if the HK stock kernel and Stock kernel here I provided links for workout well for the rom. Until I get information I will put C900F work on hold.

I have flashed it successfully every Apps is here in the Rom just knox removed which u said @travis82 fingerprint working good and also Fast charging working but when device turnning on the error comes Unfortunately Samsung UI has Stopped and Still Wi-Fi not working in this Rom too now i think just wifi and Samsung UI error issue here in this rom and i use wifi not Data so wifi is very important for me
I flashed it myself and can verify personally wifi works you want a screenshot for proof? I also do not get a system ui error at all. Don't dirty flash do a clean install.
Flashed it now its better Rom if we compare it to that previous Rom which u have uploaded before it, and Still Wi-Fi not Turning on like it was not turrning on in previous rom ?? why Wifi is not working...? @travis82

and i flashed it cleanly like i went to twrp and format data 2 times then i flashed this rom nothing error came when flashing were running in process and also after flashed but i told you that which is true that only wifi not working, but still u think that i dirty flashed it or I'm doing some mistakes so please guide me your steps In your screenshot i am seeing your Baseband Version is C9000ZHU1AQK1 and in My software info i am seeing Baseband Version is C9000ZHU1AQG2 is this wifi problem happening for that reason...? @travis82

I use that bootloader because its the latest for M on our device and its working no problem with Nougat and Lineage too.
