Hi! I have a CPH1919 global version.
Here is a screenshot of the GPS test app. I hope it helps.
Thanks for posting, and thanks for downloading that app. However, that's not the app I am looking for info on. It's also called GPS test, but in the play store it should show up as one word.. GPStest. It's created by barbeauDev.

If you could download that one and snap a sreenshot after letting it run 30 seconds or so that'd be awesome!

Well, the App I downloaded is called GPSTest and it is from barbeauDev. It's exactly the App you asked to be downloaded.
As you can see it on the screenshot, it is using GNSS and it is actually using four different systems (GPS, Glonass, Galileo, BeiDou) to determine it's position.
All symbols with a thick black frame are used in that sample.
I use the phone for navigation every day and although it is sitting in the car on the center console below the belt line, it still has no problem navigating.
