Need apk to report bugs, any suggestions

I am looking for an app that can produce the following reports, Device, Network, Memory & Application. I am having an issue with the TuneIn Pro app, the audio keeps fluctuating between left channel and right channel only, i rarelly get it stereo. TuneIn support recomended DeviceDoctor but it keeps crashing everytime i try to run reports. Any suggestions on other apps i can try? Thank you.

There's "aLogcat", although I don't know if it does specifically what you're looking for:

It was the one a developer of an application asked me to install, when I ran into some problems with it.
