Yes, I solved the problem, but in a completely different way ...
I got myself a second used V60 (TMO FW 10p). Made a full backup there and flashed my ATT-V60 with it. Unfortunately my IMEI data has not yet been restored ...
Thanks to the TMO firmware, OTA updates can also be carried out without a SIM card. I did that ...
When updating from 10x to 20f, all of the EFS data were suddenly available again.
Please don't ask me what happened there ... i don`t know....
Maybe I misunderstood that or translated it wrongly ...
Do you have a TMO-V60 with SIM lock?
And were you able to remove the SIM lock by flashing with the ATT backup?
I couldn't really imagine that something like this is possible without further ado ...
need help.. i got a used LG V60 japan Docomo version L-51A, got it but sim cannot use... when i check the IMEI and realize the IMEI is for LG V50.. not V60.. and.. can anyone flash this model before ? i wanna try global rom and fix my IMEI issue.. any one can guide and help? thanks.

Do it from QFIL program's partition manager. Just be careful and know what you are doing by deleting a partition.

i do not having experience about restore IMEI because i never had problem about lost IMEI and tried recover it. Some people can recover imei its lucky, some people can not recover it even user having original QCN and partitions.
I could just share some stuff but i do not know true method how to restore imei, good luck.

i do not have QCN i have Full backup, my internet slow so when upload finished i can provide link
QCN i never do it i must research about it first111
tool is just script i working over qfil, your qfil must be configured and partition manager opened as said while starting tool
and go to "Complete Backup LUNs image"
in partition manager you must click to button "save partition list" list
you can type "auto" and it will automatically detect port and other stuff, userdata is sector important because we want to avoid backup userdata, otherwise you can set data in the settings.txt as port and sector.
with some process you can restore backup.
