Need Blur Dialer. apk and .odex files

Please if anybody can copy and post the two files in the subject line , from Eclair 2.1.
I updated to 2.2 Froyo Tmobile US and that update came with smart dialer . I personally prefer the full screen dialer from Eclair (never was big fan of smart dial anyhow...)

Can you maybe copy them from system/app onto SD card?
