I have a 640xl Device which i bought for my mom.and somehow there was a problem with the wifi hotspot issue.so i try to hard resetted the phone.now the device showing reset protection.but my mom can't remember her hotmail password.there was know alternate email on that account. so i tried to recover the account and failed.now my question is "is there any way to rest or flash the device.?? i m gonna try Lumia flash tool to push ffu in firmware download mode.is it will work.??? please help...
