And does RUU means some rooting or its just replacing original firmware with that one that i will download.

An RUU (ROM Upgrade Utility) is a complete stock ROM. It can be used to flash your phone back to 100%, out of the box stock. Handy if you need to get it back for a warranty issue

You need to use the one that matches what your phone originally came with. Think you need to go away and read up some more before you destroy your phone

I have 1.45.531.1 but seems there is no RUU for this version.

I want to RUU because my phone is t-mobile branded and has some applications that i need to uninstall but doesnt me allow to to that.

What is that LE?

It's the ROM for the Sensation XE. Seriously, go read some more before you do something wrong. I mean, trying to change CID without S-OFF? That shows you've not even read the guide in the Dev forum

Hello, i read info didnt found any about LE..i installed LE but its having some apps that is not working

If you're Super CID it shouldn't be an issue. You should really make sure you understand everything before you just do it. Why have you S-OFF'd anyway?
