Need help! Can't screenshot/download apps/save pictures

I loved the phone up until recently; for some reason, i can't download any apps. says error 492 or something. and when i try to screenshot, it says storage may be busy. and i can't save images from online. can anyone help me out? i have an sd card in it which seems to work in that i can see my pictures and access my music but i dunno what's going on

1. Try taking out your sd card before installing an app from play store. Does it work? If yes then you need to format your sd card. (Format to default FAT32).

2. If above doesn't work, try clearing cache and data of play store.
Settings > Applications > Google Play store > Clear Cache & Data.
Do the same for 'Google Services Framework'

3. If that doesn't work, rebook to custom or stock recovery and wipe cache/dalvik.
