need Help Failed Modem System and Fastboot

after all the process he said my Phone is broken in hardware and leave the phone in stupid error like this .... i hope if anyone can fix this? im from Indonesia using XL Axiata connection. please and thank u before

Try the Hard Bricked thread by Naman Bhalla and use method 2. The links there may point to older versions, so check whether later versions are available before using them.

It seems that the OnePlus tech guy did exactly that procedure from "unbrick" thread - with the difference that he went with method 1, which often results in error from screenshot.

So yeah, go with method 2 and everything should be fine. Nothing wrong with hardware, the guy was just lazy ?
