I tired all method but still can't open it, it's even got freeze when tried to open when i use magisk hide apps

As expected from any "decent" app it should detect root for obvious reasons.

Try deleting the data in the app and then uninstall and reinstall the app

can you explane how... cause i'm tying the 2 methods and not working for any of them, they were working in a previous install till yesterdy and now cant put them to work
