Try shutting down remove sim boot os them shutdown and install sim and boot os to see if that helps...man, I am out of ideas and I am truly sorry!

I have seen some who have extracted the payload.bin with payload-dumper and flashed all the imgs one at a time in fastboot mode. LE2120 I believe is the Indian model and based on screenshot it is missing widevine L1....also, you might try to install lineageOS 18.1 since your on A11... Just some thoughts!

i was on stable good working INdian rom just some times fell netork issue. then i saw this post and wanted to follow.
to follow this method he asked to go back tMOB firmware first. so i flashed TMO_MSM(IN-EU_Return-to-Stock) .
after i flashed this the problem was started.

By flashing this file.
After flashing this file. I got this but with working sim network

Then I decided to OTA's update.
And I just updating and updating

I got total of 5-6 updates. And sometimes I lost the SIM network you can see on Screenshot. But when I updated my phone into A12 I saw some interesting

My phone on Global LE2121.
But before updating it's was on previous issue LE2127. Then I just updating. After some times I lost sim card but I'm just keep updating. At last I got latest Oxygen OS 13, F18 update. After update I got working sim network even 2SIM.
