Need Help. How to relock bootloader and unroot the device. HTC Desire 816 Dual Sim (India). I am a newbie please help

I am using android version 5.0.2. with the rooted device I am not able to update the OTA update on my phone.

Can you please suggest how to update the phone after root and bootloader unlocked?

You can not update your phone if you are using rooted device.
There are two option available for you:
1. You need flash stock rom (easiest option)
2. You need to flash ruu (slighty difficult)

Can you state whether your phone is s-off or s-on from the bootloader
