I was successfully running cm10 and Yesterday flashed cm10.1. After I flashed EOS gaps and everything "google" started to foreclose on me. Did master reset and reflashed the cm10.1 and JB 4.2 EOS gapps. Restore backup from nandroid and now my Xoom is possibly bricked.

It says Starting RSD 3.

I am pretty sure a lot of you guys encountered the same problems but mine is slightly different. If I hold the vol up+pwr. Iit power cycles. Then If I hold vol down button the screen freezes on Moto logo.

Some people had luck to get into recovery from the similar situations. Please advise.

Any help would be appreciate and rewarded as well. Thank you

When you get "stuck" at Motorola logo, without the RSD thing you can reflash your device using fastboot, try flashing the recovery again, then if you still get on RSD thing try flashing another kernel (boot), and then entering in recovery, if don't work yet try flashing the system again...

Hope you get it!

You mean reflash trough your tool? Because recovery does not work. Please help, I ready to donate some beer money if I can get it working again. I am not a noob I have done some flashing in my time but I am new to XOOM.

OK mate, just do the following...

Get that "stuck" Motorola logo again and follow this:
- open a cmd and go to your fastboot directory
- when on fastboot directory, type fastboot devices (remember to have your device plugged)
- probably it will show a number there and that means it identified your device
- if you don't see the device, install the Motorola drivers (get it on their site) and probably will find after
- after fastboot finds your device type:
- fastboot flash recovery (your recovery file name here! Remember to put on the fastboot folder)
- do the same for boot if above isn't enough. And if boot isn't enough try system too...

Then it's very provably that you can get on recovery after it ;) if you can't PM me and I will give you my email then we can talk on GTalk to try making things easier ;)

Hope you get it!
