Need help installing avatar to my maxx hd

Hi guys im coming from the old droid x to the maxx hd ive rooted, unlocked bootloader, installed cwm and tried installing avatar to my phone.. I did my wipes data/cache/dalvik.. It did not work for me i ended up having to restore a backup thank god for those... Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance... :good:

What version of cwm are you using? You need 6.0.4.4 for any kk rom.
