Need help : losing 3g voice signal end of the year on Note 3

Not sure where to ask my questions. I have 2 note 3 phones which work great for us. We lost our voice calls recently but had text and internet data. After talking to Verizon they have told me the note 3 uses 3g for voice and 4 g for data and are shutting down 3 g at the end of the year so my phone will not work for calls. Can note 3 be converted to 4g voice?
If not , what phone would be a good upgrade?

4g voice & data
Verizon service
