So I am a poor guy that has a dream of using a Note 8 for this is my dream phone. Somebody post a listing in Facebook that his note 8 is somewhat useless for he don't know what is the problem and he is selling it as a bargain so I grab it.

Now I am stuck with this phone that won't turn on (unless you go and place it on a wireless charger then it will turn on by itself), won't do anything and is stuck with download mode(see photo 1).

I try to flash a SM-N950N firmware using Odin v3.13.1 but I am getting an error:

Flash the root file via odin. That is the easiest way to repartion. This worked for me.

Could be that the internal storage is faulty and needs repaired.
Hi am wondering if you could help with my Galaxy Note 8

I am able to install the firmware using ODIN without any errors on download mode but after ODIN is finished the phone turns off and does not boot.

I have taken the phone to a repair shop as well and they have confirmed that there is no hardware issues,

I have the same problem. Only download mode available. Cannot turn on the phone after restarting, the phone turns on automatically after about 1 hour.

The above file stops at:
