Need Help pls --Stacking on boot animation TS18 UIS8581

My head unit is TS18 UIS8581 android 11 with 768x1024 resolution i make a hi resolution animation boot and now it stack i tray to go to recovery mode to make factory set can not know how my device just have Rest button and no RGB light
Any one help
I send to seller but I don't get answer yet

I contacted the seller and he sent me a file for updating to put it in a pen and then update the device and it was done but it did not take seconds and after reboot nathing happened to the problem see video attachment

now am sour that HU not read file from USB i delete All File from USB and it give my same action , any thoughts ??
