Need Help Rebootin Desire z/Tmobile G2 (total noob so plz be patient)

hi, this is my first post on xda-developers and i need some help fast, i bought a tmobile g2 that was stuck at bootloader screen online without knowing anything about the phone or how to work with android I need to figure out how to get this phone to work
the bootloader screen reads

hi, I don't understand totaly your problem but if you can't reboot your phone, go to the android developement topic, download the PC1 file, put it in thr root of your sd card and reboot in bootloader, wait , the phone's going to see the update you have to click on yes wait after make reboot and i think your phone rework after this

after rename the file like that :"PC10IMG.zip"
put it on your sd
reboot on bootloader
wait
select apply update
wait
select reboot
enjoy
after you have to re/root your phone

The file is a direct link in the second post. Download it and rename.

Yes, rename it and put it in micro sdhc which should be inserted.
