Hi i am using asus transformer tf101 charger its 15w for my s4 is it safe for the phone or the battrey or will it short circuit my board as i think the phone supports 5w any suggestion?

If the charger is original, yup it is safe for you and for the phone. Btw using an official Samsung cable/charger is better.
