Need help thinking of a way to mirror my Android auto screen to the kids' ipads.

I've tried remote control software like vnc server and teamviewer but it makes the frame rate of the video playing too slow. Any way that I can have it mirrored? I tried reflector2 but it only works IOS -> Android, NOT the other way around.
