Need help to enable VoLTE in LG G7+ Thinq

Airtel, Kolkata.

The volte option is now present but even if selected, the signal does not show it.

As a matter of fact my phone doesn't even show 4g.

Airtel Volte works fine for me. Am from Kerala. In case of Jio Volte icon appears instanly but for Airtel it takes some time. May be a minute or so. Try toggling Volte switch from Quick settings panel. Also try to reset network settings along with APN reset.

Tried all (simple) resets I know of and as advised here. Still nothing. I don't even get a 4g symbol!

The handset seems OK (hardware)....

Just to confirm few things.
Variant: LM-G710EMW/EAW - with firmware v10t Feb 2019 Security.
This is the latest one available as of now. 10t was the update where they enabled VoLTE for Vodafone, Idea, Airtel. Moreover LG supports Dual 4g VoLTE. I would request you to check with Airtel, may be a new sim perhaps. or You could flash 10t ROM using LG UP 1.15 (If you know) provided it is above variant mentioned. :fingers-crossed:

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it's EAW with 10t update, volte does not show in the signal area, nor do I get an option to call by using volte. Also, don't know why my signal doesn't show 4g either!

Unable to upload screenshot.... Xda says bad request!

Will visit airtel shop and check....wouldnt risk flashing, as I haven't SG one it before.

I'm on 10t. Indian version. Volte not working on Airtel. Contacted Airtel. Got a new sim card. Still not working. Tried all the resets mentioned here. Still not working. Anything else?

Same issue but with a Jio sim

I am facing the same issue but with a Jio sim with my Lg g7 thinq here at Kolkata. voLTE isn't working.
