Need help upon changing the digitizer (glass only)

i didn't know that this whole thing would be so difficult so i have ordered only the glass

I have opened the phone until the touch

i tried removing the glass properly for one hour but i coudn't do it, so i breaked the glass and twrow it away

is the touch damaged? if not, what should be my next step? remove the black plastic?

That glass you ordered is a touch screen (digitizer) itself. You broke LCD. Turn the phone on (obviously you can do it without TS) and see the damage for yourself. But most probably LCD now needs to be replaced as well.

btw, I think you have overlooked some clips or disassembling points as LCD is generally prone to damage, therefore no force should be used when working around it. It's also possible that for taking out digiter you need one of these (similiarly as for iPhones/iPods)

It also looks like the connecting flexi strip on the bottom right corner is compleatly recked and torn. (3rd pic)
Best of luck, but those pics look like disaster to me.
Edit - the more I look at those pics the more it looks like u need a new mobo...
