Need help with Gen.Y DualBOOT v1.0.6.0

I have the Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2. I get 2 error messages but I am not sure where I need to go to get the help. One error message states "fail to find the rootfs on sd card". Second error message states "missing android" when the phone is restarted with the Gen.Y DualBOOT v1.0.6.0.

Can someone please help me? I am trying to get this working on my phone.
