Need Help with my HCL ME CONNECT v3

Following is the information that i know;
MAKE:Hcl
SERIES:ME CONNECT
MODEL:V3
ROOT:YES I ROOTED WITH VROOT
PROBLEM:Actually i was just downloading a song from internet but suddenly my touch screen became irresponsive and
after sometime the screen was all black.My tab has a small reset button behind it so i just pressed it and
everything looked fine but got struck with my boot animation nothing i can do after that ,the same thing
happened again and again.........
RECOVERY:I Have no CWM/TWRP only STOCK recovery but i still have access to it.
OS:ANDROID 4.1.2 JELLY BEAN

Try to do a factory reset first and check if it's working , if not then you can flash stock rom.

Well i tried factory reset

i booted into my stock recovery and hitted the option to erase user data as well as clear cache but still no improvement!!

I tried everything but none worked for me There is no stock rom for me no cwm/twrp and no flasher can recogonise my tablet so with the help of you guys is it possible for me to create my own rom and also please suggest me a flasher for my HCL ME CONNECT V3
