Need help with note 3 900P... everytime i plug my phone to charge it turns turns off and when i plug in usb to computer,,,, i replaced the charging port that didn't solve it so i bought another battery and charge with external charger but really to know what the issue is... thanks in advance.

1. Does it get hot when you plug it in to charge?
2. Do you have a good electrical supply (original power cord, good electric supply)
