Need help with unlocking and rooting , unlock OEM is blocked !

Hello , i tried to unlock the bootloader with fastboot , i get message that this phone is unlocked and can't be trusted

but i can't enable this option ( Enable OEM unlock) - picture in the attachment

and in the fastboot screen i see Phone unlocked (in green)
FRP locked (in red)

any help to unlock the oem option so i can flash magisk and root ?

my device model : COL-L29

EMUIVersion : 9.0.0

Its emui 9 issue i had this. 9.0.0.159
Either wait for next ota or downgrade

I enabled oem unlock but i cant unlock it requests key
