Need help with unlocking bootloader for Meizu M3 Note M91

Hello, I need help with unlocking bootloader.
I was following this guide:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/m3-note/help/developer-verified-meizu-m3-note-t3682643

However I couldn't get past this point

5. Open unlocker app and grant it root permission. Click on unlock and wait till it shows unlock success and #END in the last and 2nd last line

When I went into debug info it says something like this:

It can't connect to 185.53.178.8:80

Also I have no such file as /system/bin/iip, you can see that here:

Any idea on how can I get my device bootloader unlocked?
