hello I'm right now on 3.2 uk 3g XOOM and need to update to ics
do you think it's better to wait for the official one or custom eos team?
Please help me

Eos... Why wait... Source is out n builds are stable from eos....
1. Unlock bootloader
2. Flash recovery
3. Get root if desired I find it help then I tibu my apps before flashing a custom rom
4. Make a nandroid
5. Flash eos ics

It has some features like better kernels n a few rom tweaks but it's very much ics just as it was intended....

wait and see

If I were you I would wait and see what ics for XOOM is like when it comes out as it should be very soon now as Motorola have said themselves.

However you could flash it now and just put stock back on when it comes out just to see but you will probably find that nightly is just better.
