Need!!! Need!!! Help!!!

I'm new to xda. I'm stucked in strange problem. My lenovo p2 is not switching on. Whenever i try to switch it on, it reboots and show the lenovo logo after that it reboots to stock recovery. I tried to factory reset but nothing changed.

Usb debugging is off. It is not responding adb commands.
Plz guide me guyz. I need ur help

Bro, usb debugging is off in my device and how will be possible to turn usb debugging on in bootloop? Plz guide me bro.
