Need to unlock my SGH-I747 on 4.3

dear

when my phone was hard bricked
i was trying to find away to solve this i reached finally to andoid 4.3 the sim card network is locked while it was unlocked
i dont know what to do now

anybody has an idea to fix this

You may have to buy an unlock code for your phone as you cannot use the free method once your phone is on the 4.3 bootloader.
