[NEED URGENT HELP] Redmi note 4 mido is not connecting to pc.

from today morning my phone is not connecting to pc. i was on miui 9.8.5 something.... as i tried to flash firware again but it is not connecting even in fastboot mode . but i have twrp recovery flashed . so i flashed Ressurection Remix 6.0 oreo rom
but still not working. usb debugging is on. even windows is not making any usb connecting sound.
adb not working
mtp not working

but phone take charging when i connect to pc but no mtp no adb service

Redmi note 4 snapdragon 32gb 2gb
windows 10
twrp 3.2.1.0
current rom RR 6.0 oreo
magisk v18
build.prop permission rw-r-r


things i did to solve this but didn't worked :-

* turned on usb debgging then connect my phone then i go to my pc and install this in c drive/windows/inf/wpdmtp.inf . but didn't worked.

* then i rooted my phone with magisk and edited the build.prop and added few lines
persist.service.adb.enable=1
persist.service.debuggable=1
persist.sys.usb.config=mtp,adb
but didn't worked

* tried re-installing the drivers but didn't worked
* tried changing cables
* tried connecting another phone and other phone is connecting normally
* show nothing under ports just show communacation port (COM1) in device manager

If you like to transfer files from Mido to computer,enter TWRP,connect your phone with USB and this make you able to transfer data or use ADB
(And very sorry for my bad english)

I tried almost everything.... Even it don't take charging in twrp... For file transfer i use ftp server... But what about adb. It is not connecting while in twrp , not connecting in while in fastboot mode... Nothing is working...

Yeah.... I also think... So, but i googled and found many people with same problem... And they contacted service center but they didn't find any problem.. not even a hardware problem...
