it seems like asurion is trying to downgrade my fascinate to a Samsung CONTINUUM. Has anyone used this phone? is it worth a crap? I just don't know.

Found this with a quick google search... they seem pretty similar but from a quick look the fascinate looks better (I don't think I could deal with a smaller screen and no soft keys)

I would consider it a downgrade. Smaller screen, thicker, gimmicky ticker screen, limited dev support etc. Couple people at work couldn't wait to get rid of theirs.

Also the Continuum never received an official update beyond Froyo. That pretty much says that they don't care about it.

Definitely do not accept it as a replacement. That's like when I had issues a while back that Verizon wanted to replace my Fassy with an original Droid. I said no way.

Thanks. I ended up getting an sg3. Paid money for insurance and in the end never used it

sg3 + synergy nightly = perfection
