Netflix is an online subscription based media streaming service. It offers a wide-range of content, from box-sets to movies. Founded in 1997 in the United States, it has grown worldwide to having 137 million subscribers in October 2018. Netflix provided an offline playback feature in 2016, allowing users to download their favourite shows when a connection is available, for viewing on the move. It offers several tiers of subscription level, for HD and 4K content.
