Netflix no video just sound

I've uninstalled reinstalled 10 times, cleared data, cache etc and I still can only hear Netflix audio and no video. Anyone else have this issue? I can hear sound through the speaker and my bluetooth. Thanks for any input! I'm about to buy another for myself so I'll let you know how the new one turns out.

No issues here, have you messed with any settings in the Developer Options? Such as hw overlays or anything similar.

I haven't... and for the record it's not even rooted.

This issue was on my wifes phone. She bought it last night and after playing with it I decided to get one myself.

I just got my phone all setup, loaded netflix and it played right away.. It does have a little sync issue though.. Not horrible but can definitely tell it's not perfect.

I just tried rebooting as I didn't find developer options but it's working!!! YAHHH She's happy. Thanks for the advice though!

I have no issues. Checked immediately when I saw your post. I have a minor sync issue, as well.

Yeah I haven't gotten the mirror sync to work yet either but I have enough toys to keep me busy for a while.

edit.. Whoops.. thought you said mirror not minor.. lol.. Thought the bigger screen would of helped my vision. :S

I think this might be a note 3 issue. I'm on the Verizon version and have the same issue.
