I would like to install Nethunter on the Mi8 Explorer Edition but I can't find any information on it with regards to my device. The only thing I saw was how to build it on the Kali Linux forum. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
How stable is it for the mi 8 explorer edition? Is the WiFi working?Just root with magisk and install nethunter via "modules". Then download chroot from Kali site and install It via nethunter

Have you tried a patch or reinstall the kernel?I couldn't connect to my WiFi when I installed it on my Mi Mix 2.

Just tried to install, works whithout any problem.I patched the kernel with this tutorialit still didn't work.
I'm not sure why I'm having that issue. Did you use the patched_boot.img? Can you mentioned how you installed it. I really need this to work.Just tried to install, works whithout any problem.
No, I flashed magisk.zip via twrpI'm not sure why I'm having that issue. Did you use the patched_boot.img? Can you mentioned how you installed it. I really need this to work.
Ok so I tried installing TWRP, and when I did, it didn't stick. And what I mean is I can boot into it one time, reboot, go back into recovery again, and it'll go back to Mi Recovery. Also the files which were showing in TWRP recovery weren't all of the files that were in my internal sd card. So why does it do that. BTW, this was for the Mi Mix 2, I haven't tried it on the Mi 8 EE yet.No, I flashed magisk.zip via twrp
How did you install magisk through TWRP or fastboot?I have mi 8 ee.
I have this problem.
start nethunter, then do an upload: "new app build detected", and then nethunter crash
How did you install it? I'm having issues making it stick.twrp
Even with the files that were in my internal storage of my Mix 2 I couldn't access with TWRP, they just weren't there. I just don't want that to happen on my mi 8 EE so I'm cautious to flash it.http//blog.grossoshop.net/xiaomi-mi-8-explorer-flash-eu-rom/

I have the Italian version with the mi 8 EE twrp. Remember, it's the same device but the EE has 3d facial recognition. Nothing that the recovery uses. If you need it, I'll pass my toolboxEven with the files that were in my internal storage of my Mix 2 I couldn't access with TWRP, they just weren't there. Edit: @turbo 1123, that version of TWRP won't work for my device due to the fact it's the Italian version.
How do you enable monitor mode. My device only recognizes wlan0. I have TP LINK 722N v1. Firmwares are installed. To install recovery, you have to patch the boot. The button can be found in "advanced" section. If you want I can give you my toolbox to download the twrp
