Question Network connection issues on One UI 4, can I downgrade?

I just bought the phone, its unlocked. I've tried multiple sims from different carriers, and they all have the connectivity issue. Can I downgrade to get rid of the problem or am I screwed?

How connectivity issues?
Wifi, cellular? Low singal, lost signals? Only emergency calls?

My network goes out completely randomly, wifi is fine, it's just cellular.
