Network Disabled

Hello all.

I tried a rom (Barepops) coming from stock KK. Then i restored back after testing LP and my network is borked. It will detect network, show red x, then refresh icon... Repeat.

I tried flashing a zv4 radio zip and it is still the same.

I am using gsm and it was working fine. Now it says network disabeled. Please help.

Ps. Is there a way to tell if i lost carrier unlock?

It depends which BarePop was last.
TE has the right rpm,tz partitions.
If another, or stock I think, then flash the ZV4/6 rpm,tz partitions. They're in each of those threads. Posts 2, 3or 4.
Also, the modems aren't backwards compatible. So if on ZV8, it should work with any lollipop ROM.
If KK, then flash, or restore the ZV4/6 modem with TWRP.

The rpm,tz partitions will work with any ROM. But we seem to have less issues with the ZV4/6 rpm,tz partitions.

I used V1. I read about the ZV4/6 rpm,tz partitions and used twrp to flash. Nothing.

Do yo believe that i probably lost the carrier unlock status? Any way i can check that?

I wil search the forum for a carrier unlock method (unless u know one right off the top of your mind)

Did you by a chance use my method? Or the one where you replace the files?

Try updating your profile and prl then type this into your phone app: ##update#

After that download terminal and restart your rild by running the following commands:
su <gets superuser accsess
killall rild <will restart your rild
If you lost your unlock then you will be locked to sprint and won't beable to go to any other carriar.

I followed instructions on op and pages 2 3 and 4. When i tried updating prl is just didn't do anything. All i want now is to get the phone how it was before. I already reverted back to stock kk.. The issue is i believe with the rpm. I am not in the us. (if that matters)

I noticed that the baseband now says uknown.

Should i wipe anything and flash the rpm again?

I had that issue, I could not get the modem to flash. Using twrp, had to use flash2 method.

Thank you all. It would seem this was an error from my end as i had not flashed zv4 modem as explained.

All good now.
