Network issue

I am using o pie custom rom, my wifi gives problem when I am on pie, but it works on android 10. Mobile data also works. In pie version I cant restore backup, I cant login to google drive, gmail, cant add new google account, banking app doesnt load, it keeps loading and shows an error! What is the solution?
