After of all problems that I have with my omnia 7 with the set internet and mms, I have made this app that resolve this problem. I give to thanks to sdk of Heathcliff74. This is funtional in all WP7.

Don't work with my Omnia 7 mi7Rom 8779 v1.1 ...
Whan i apply the XML file generated, nothing change in my connexion settings (*#9920#) ... :s
