New 7" Android 2din head unit with good FM tuner, GPS and 2-4gb RAM

I've tried several of the cheaper head units, and have found the FM tuners to be completely worthless.

This is what I need:
Good FM tuner performance
GPS
2-4gb ram
fast boot

Is there a specific chipset/model I should be looking for that has a reasonably low cost?
