Actually a pretty poor theme with no sense of design -.-

I don't see the connection to the OPO either. It's a CM theme so it works on every device with CM.
There is a reason that XDA has a dedicated Android Themes section too:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/themes
use this in the future

Please give him lot of respect in the future ... Read the forum section "ONE Themes and Apps" ... He can post it when he will to do it...

I did not disrespect him, only stated my opinion about his theme,
which btw looks like a weird mix of xperia z (lollipop) colors with touchwiz round settings icons,
a navbar homebutton which does not fit to the overall theme, a notification shade which does not fit to anything else in this theme,
a skull as clear recent apps and the worst: smileys! for icons...
The graphics are good as they are, my point is that it is just thrown together without a clear vision.
Look at the notification shade and tell me you did expect a settings menu like this?

Just because someone knows how to create themes doesn't make him a good themer.
I'm sure he will improve eventually, but seeing that every single post in his thread says how

is makes me think that people either don't tell the truth to make him feeld good (which is most disrespectful if you ask me) or
don't have a good taste of design either.

Why does he even open a thread and link to another thread in his initial post?!

And again, this is not meant to be disrespectful. It is just my opinion.
I don't know him personally but he surely seems like a good guy.

Guys i accept ur feedfack... Yes clearly it is a mix of lot of things which I linked in diff themes... As i mentioned its not yet completed and i am trying to find which looks better as per user reviews...

For transparent notification drawer I agree with you, first version had better material design and this time I tried a totally diff thing (good or bad).... In future it will be changed or improved for sure...

Attached few design I have tried... The main reason for these translucent drawers is that these images reflect color of the background/wallpaper and with change in background, images also seems to change color thus looks really cool...

In last thanks for feedback and suggestions, we all need them from each other to improve...
