New Battery not charging

Bought new battery but its nt charging beyond 75%.
Pls guide me over this.

Which ROM? How many days has it been since you have been using the new battery?

First time? Then calibrate the battery. Also if your phone is Defy and you're using a Defy+ battery then apply a battery fix.
