I have Desire (Bravo) with original battery 1400mAh so I was planing to buy from ebay 1600mAh she is not that big so I wont have to replace back cover and she is still stronger then original, should I buy it ? Need opinion, thanks.

No these batteries are made to less efficent standards than HTC's standard battery.
HTC batteries effiency is usually 90-95%.
Other makes 80-85% sometimes lower.
Your really wasting your time and money.
