I don't know why but system/media doesn't contain bootanimation.zip in stock rom...
Although i did find the boot animation (located in data/local/moodle), it has been given all the permissions instead of just rw- r- r-
What should i do?

These boot animations are only for custom roms

my default Moto E 2015 has mp4 files in the boot.zip (not jpeg's)
so these will not work for me right ?
