New Crazy Fingerpring problem!? FIXED :)

Owned a Moto g4 plus for a week now.
Fingerprint worked great.
All te sudden now it redirects to password/ping every time i press fingerP reader.
It vibrates, works in security setting if i put a new F-Pring readring. But dosent unlock
I tried to remove security, and change from pin to passwrod and deleted finger print readings and put them in a agin. Dosent help
So fingerprint do work, buts its a bug/software issue
Googled my ass off without any luck so here i write
Any tips ?

Is it on the stock firmware with bootloader locked? You can try a factory reset or go for a warranty claim.

Stock...
Now it works 1 out of 7-8 times.
And directly on first try it goes to pin/password whatever finger you try it on.

I will return the phone..i got this problem + bluetooth problem, so thats it for me. have ordered a Lenovo P2 and a Honor 8. Hopefully will have better luck there.

It seems to be fixed now. It was Greenify wich was causing the problem. Uninstall it fix it .

Correct, They Use Secure Lock Method. So Android Ignores The Fingerprint (low level security).

Because you grant permission to greenify work as Device Administration...
Update to latest version, it's solved, on startup setup you will be asked for Smart Unlocking Method, check it and continue...
