Hi guys this is an Video app from google to buy n watch moves online.
Download the apk from here.
Install it normally just like another app.

Rooted Devices cannot buy or play movies, as of now(hope google fixes this)
But here is a workaround:-

Got it to work.
1. Purchase the movie on PC. The Market gives me no Movies tab.
2. Install the attached Video app.
3. Rename /system/bin/su to mu or something
4. Reboot (may not be necessary for all)
5. Open the Videos app and watch the movie on your device.
6. When done rename back to su.
