New HTC U11 - WHEN to update to Oreo 8.0?

Hello ladies & gents,

I finally purchased my U11 after months of thinking, and it's on its way to me and I will soon have to set the phone up.

The phone will most probably arrive with Android 7.1.1. and Oreo 8.0 is now widely available, so I guess it will be immediately downloaded. Do you know if it'd be better to finish the set up, install the updates from the Play Store and then install Oreo or download the update during the setup procedure?

I just don't want to risk conflicts between Play Services or other apps/system functions.
